A dispenser and a pump thereof are provided to be easily re-assembled after washing the dispenser and prevent errors of the dispenser by securing enough concentricity of main operation parts. A dispenser includes a housing(100), a piston mass(200), a suction guiding body(300), a cylinder(400), a first valve assembly(500), a second valve assembly(600), and an output flange(700). The housing is hollow. A push plate(pf) is coupled to a lower end of the housing. The first valve assembly is formed on a lower part of the housing. The second valve assembly is located above the first valve on the housing. The output flange is coupled to the housing on an approximately same line with the utmost surface of the second valve assembly. The piston mass is inserted from upside of the housing. The suction guiding body is further connected to a lower plane of a piston head(210). The cylinder is hydraulically operated and is arranged on an upper part of the housing for reciprocating the piston mass. A cylinder rod is connected to a piston rod with a coupling(k).
