A hydrogen storage device is provided to uniformly maintain a density difference of a hydrogen storage alloy due to fluid ability of the hydrogen storage alloy during a process of storing and discharging hydrogen. A hydrogen storage device comprises a body(10), an injection pipe(11), a discharge pipe(12), at least one heat conduction plate(20), and a hydrogen storage alloy(30). The body has a space for filling the hydrogen storage alloy, and is sealed by covers(10a,10b) coupled to upper and lower parts of the body. The injection pipe is connected to the upper cover to move a predetermined pressure of hydrogen gas into the body. The discharge pipe is connected to the lower cover to move a hydrogen gas stored in the body. The at least one heat conduction plate divides an inner space thereof and is in communication with a storage space of the body. The hydrogen storage alloy is filled in the inner space of the body. Valves(110,120) are installed at the injection pipe and the discharge pipe to control introduction and discharge of the hydrogen gas.
