An electrodeposition paint is provided to form a coating film having excellent corrosion resistance, finished appearance, paint stability and so on. The electrodeposition paint comprises particles of at least one metallic compound selected from bismuth hydroxide, zirconium compound and tungsten compound, wherein an average particle diameter of the metallic compound particles is 1-1,000 nm. The pigment-dispersed paste comprises the above at least one metallic compound; at least one paint additive component selected from a coloring pigment, an extender, other rust-preventive pigment and an organotin compound; a pigment-dispersing resin; and a dispersing medium, wherein the dispersed solid particles in the pigment-dispersed paste have an average particle diameter of 1-1,000 nm.
