A grain seed germination apparatus is provided, which reduces the temperature deviation of water in germination container so that the seed grows well and regularly. The grain seed germination apparatus comprises: a germination container(10) in which seeds are germinated; an air dispersion hose(62) which is installed at the bottom of the container and provides water with oxygen; heating and oxygen supply pad(60) which has a pad(61) with electric heater. The heating and oxygen supply pad(60) consists of: a horizontal portion with upward protrusions(61c) on the upper surface of the pad(61) and perforation holes between the upward protrusions; a vertical portion with opening portion for water circulation(61b) which is extended downward from the edge of the vertical portion and circulates the heated water. The upward protrusion(61c) of the pad(61) has horizontal perforation hole(61d) to pass through side space. |
