Provided is a battery pack, which prevents defects of a printed circuit board to be generated when a wire or nickel tap is connected to a printed circuit board by separating a terminal contact part of a protection circuit module. The battery pack comprises: many battery cells of which the tops and the bottoms have different polarities; a printed circuit board(150) on which protection circuits and connectors are formed; a terminal wire of which one end is connected to the battery cell and the other end is connected with the printed circuit board(150); an external case which accommodates the battery cells and the protection circuit board; and a terminal contact part(160) which is formed on one side of the printed circuit board(150). The terminal contact part(160) consists of a first land part(162) which surrounds the outer edge of a through hole(155), and a second land part(164) which is distanced from the outer edge of the first land(162) and surrounds the first land part(162). |
