A facility and a method for treating wastewater of high concentration are provided to inject waste water of high concentration to a sewage treatment plant after preliminary treatment for helping purification treatment of the sewage treatment plant according to discharge water quality. A facility for treating highly concentrated wastewater includes a filtering unit(10) formed with an inlet(2) for inserting waste water of a high concentration and upper and lower inside spaces(4,6), wherein the filtering unit is formed of a porous material so that water of a high gravity is filtered from the upper space to the lower one. An outlet(16) is formed at an upper end of a side surface of the filtering unit for discharging fibroid materials and oil fat of gravity lower than the water. A scum destroy unit(18) is mounted at the upper end for inhaling and crushing scum generated by the waste water of high concentration. An anion generator(22) is mounted at a lower end of the lower space and connected to an air diffuser(20) for generating anions to be supplied to the air diffuser. |
