A cover part of an electric pressure cooker with a detachable inner pot lid is provided to perform cleaning and a sanitation management of the cooker easily by separating the inner pot lid. A cover device of an electric pressure cooker with a detachable inner pot lid(400) includes the inner pot lid, an inner pot packing(410), an inner pot packing fixing unit, an inner pot lid fixing unit(440), an inner pot lid fixing plate(110), and a steam cover(431). A cover body(100) includes a projected opening hand grip(200) and an automatic steam extracting unit(121) and a steam extracting hole(122) fixed at a steam controlling plate(120). The inner pot lid fixing plate is formed at a bottom of the cover body and includes a fixing unit inserting groove(111) for inserting the inner pot lid fixing unit fixed at the inner pot lid. |
