An oil viscosity sensor is provided to measure physical and chemical properties of engine oil and an amount of the engine oil through each individual sensor or a composite sensor. An oil viscosity sensor(11) includes a viscosity sensor case, a piezoelectric device(11a) in a shape of a pipe, an inner electrode, an outer electrode, wires, and a control unit. One part of an inner surface of the viscosity sensor case is protruded. The protruded part is fixed to a center of the outer electrode. The inner electrode is coupled with an inner surface of the piezoelectric device to be separated upward and downward. The outer electrode is coupled with the inner surface of the piezoelectric device. The wires supply electric power to each of the separated inner electrode. The control unit measures the viscosity of the piezoelectric device based on attenuation force of oil for the vibration of the piezoelectric device.
