A slide module of a slide-type mobile communication terminal is provided to enable the common use of the slide module by adjusting the up and down moving trace and left and right widths of the mobile terminal. The first and second base members(110,160) are fixed while being separated from each other in left or right direction. The first and second base members extend toward up and down directions. The first and second base members have holes. The first and second moving members(120) are inserted into the first and second base members such that the first and second moving members move in up and down directions. The first and second cover members(130,180) are installed in holes of the first and second base members in order to prevent the first and second moving members from being separated. The first and second cover members have holes at the center portions thereof. The first and second units(140,190) has variable lengths. The first and second units have the first side hinged with the front surface of the body. The first and second units have the second side hinged with the first and second moving members. The first and second units are shortened and elastically recovered.
