<p>A forward and reverse link automatic power control repeater system and method are provided to improve QoS(Quality of Service) and resolve client dissatisfaction by remotely monitoring a repeater, previously recognizing a failure of the repeater, and quickly processing a failure. A repeater controller(100) processes the forward and reverse gains of a repeater(20) based on information received by controlling an operation of the repeater(20). A mobile terminal modem(110) provides a wireless connection path of the repeater controller(100) and transfers base station signal information and base station transmission output to the repeater controller(100). An EMS(Element Management System)(120) exchanges information with the repeater controller(100), extracts base station information and transfers it to the repeater controller(100). A base station management system(130) manages a base station parameter, configuration information, state information and base station transmission output, etc., and when required information is received from the EMS(120), the base station management system(130) transfers the requested information to the EMS(120). An RF monitoring unit server(140) manages a device installed in a base station, and when required information is received from the EMS(120), the RF monitoring unit server(140) transfers the requested information to the EMS(120). An RF monitoring unit(150) is installed in the base station and monitors an RF waveform and an output value.</p> |
