A base fixing device for easy checking and maintenance of a roller table motor is provided to easily check whether the fixing member is loosened by checking if an indicator indicated on a side portion of the bumper base is consistent with an arrow indication plate fixed to a handle of a rotation member without directly seeing a fixing member for fixing a motor base of the roller table motor and a bumper base. In a base fixing device for fixing a motor base and a bumper base, a base fixing device for easy checking and maintenance of a roller table motor comprises: a fixing member which has a bevel gear embedded in a body part(12) thereof, a direction selecting part(11) of a ratchet structure connected to an upper portion thereof, and a bolt part(13) formed on a lower portion thereof; a leaf spring-shaped buffer member(20) into which a hole is perforated such that the bolt part of the fixing member can pass through the hole; a supporting member(30) which supports the bumper base, and in which a clamping hole is formed such that the bolt part of the fixing member is clamped to the clamping hole; and a rotation member including a rotation rod(41) connected to the bevel gear of the fixing member, a handle(42) formed on an end of the rotation rod, and an arrow indication plate(43) connected to a central portion of the handle.
