A method for manufacturing a heat sink having a thermal siphon function is provided to structurally improve a heat discharge limit of the injection type heat sink by forming a thermal siphon type cooling fin for charging operational fluid through a simple manufacturing process, which forms chambers by pressing the planar cooling fin at specific intervals and combines the chambers by welding. A plurality of chambers(14) are formed by pressing aluminum or copper cooling fin plates for forming the cooling fin(10) to a predetermined depth at the specific intervals. Both cooling fin plates are joined by facing the chambers with each other and a joining part(12) placed to a side of the chamber is welded. The welded joining part is vertically bent to the chamber to vertically arrange the chambers. One side of the joining part is welded to a heat sink plate(20).
