An upper tray structure for a vehicle is provided to achieve aesthetic enhancement by hiding a metal rotation link with a plastic link housing such that the rotation link is prevented from being exposed. An upper tray structure for a vehicle, includes a tray(10), a rotation link, and a cover panel(20). The tray is arranged on an instrument panel, and has an outer surface with an opening. The rotation link has a lower end rotatably coupled to a rear portion of the tray. The cover panel has a rear portion coupled to a top of the rotation link, and a rear bottom surface with a link housing(25) for hiding the rotation link. The rotation link is built in the link housing.
