A slide-type mobile communication terminal including a locking device is provided to construct the structure of locking up and down movement and sliding movement of a slider by using one locking device. A locking device has a structure of locking sliding movement when one of a body and a contact surface of a slider and the body is pressed. The first and second fixing protrusions(401,402) are formed another contact surface of the body and the slider. The first and second fixing protrusions are formed at a portion of closed and opened positions, in which the interference with the locking device is generated such that the first and second fixing protrusions are fixed due to the interference with the locking device. The first protrusion is formed at a closed position of a slider such that the interference with the locking device is generated. The second protrusion is formed at an opened position of a slider such that the interference with the locking device is generated.
