A precast concrete retaining wall structure is provided to cut down on equipment cost, to simplify the progress of the work and to shorten a period of the work by completing construction work with a simple method of installing many posts at regular intervals, installing nails or anchors and inserting panel members between the posts simply. The precast concrete retaining wall structure includes many posts(10) erected in a cutting section(1) and provided with slit type coupling grooves to insert two ends of a panel member between the posts, a through hole to penetrate a nailing or an anchor and a projected mount to mount one end of a nailing or an anchor, panel members(20) coupled between the posts, and nails or anchors(30) as a reinforcement member fixed to the posts and the cutting section and provided with an integral or separate flange member to fix and support the posts in the cutting section to secure the stability of a cut slope.
