An apparatus for preparing regenerated resin chips and reducing oil at the same time is provided to reduce installation space and cost, discharge residues promptly and easily during oil reduction, improve productivity, and prevent waste of resources or pollution of the environment by selectively performing a regenerated resin chip-manufacturing operation or an oil reducing operation. An apparatus for preparing regenerated resin chips and reducing oil at the same time comprises: a vertical transfer screw(4) installed on the bottom of a melting furnace(2) of an oil reduction apparatus(A); a horizontal transfer screw(8) connected to one side of the bottom of the vertical transfer screw through a gear chamber(6) and rotated by a motor(10); an electric heater(12) and a recovery pipe(14) that are connected to the horizontal transfer screw; and a regenerated resin chip manufacturing machine(16) and a residue collection tank(18) that are connected to one side of the horizontal transfer screw, wherein a shaft rod of the vertical transfer screw is partially projected into the melting furnace such that agitation vanes(20) are connected to an end of the shaft rod, and the vertical transfer screw and the horizontal transfer screw are engaged with each other through a bevel gear(22) and rotated by the motor. The motor is a stepping motor or a servo motor that can be rotated forward and reversely. |
