A tip-over sensor for all direction is provided to easily detect whether being returned within a predetermined angle after downwardly inclining by a predetermined angle. A tip-over sensor(20) for all direction includes a case(21), a placing recess(22), a first slope(23), a second slope(24), a conductor(25), and a central electrode(26). The case has the placing recess formed in the inner center and the entrance of the placing recess upwardly orients when the tip-over sensor vertically erects. The first slope is an inclined surface with a funnel shape coupled with the entrance of the placing recess, and the second slope is an inclined surface made of a conductive material and extended from the first slope. The second slope has an oblique angle with respect to a horizontal axis less than that of the first slope. The conductor is a sphere made of conductive material, is placed in the placing recess when the case is vertically erected, and moves toward the second slope along the first slope.
