SPINE INSERT

A spinal insertion body is provided to maintain interval between adjacent spinal processes and to fix the superior facet and the inferior facet more firmly without moving by using fixing part. The spinal insertion body comprises: a spacer(30) which includes two counter-notches(33a,33b), a flanges(31) to prevent horizontal moving of the spinal processes, a hook part(32), an indented part(34), a front side projected part to be formed on the front side of the spacer(30) by being extended form the notches(33a,33b), a piercing whole(35) for straps to pass through, and the first(38) and second(39) fixing parts; and straps for fixing the superior facet and the inferior facet without moving.
