A noise elimination apparatus using a film microphone and a film speaker, and a noise elimination method thereof are provided to improve safety and reliability by attenuating a noise source through a sound source of an inverse phase. A noise elimination apparatus using a film microphone and a film speaker includes a collection film microphone(10), a noise elimination signal unit(20), a film speaker(30), and a monitoring film microphone(40). The collection film microphone(10) is attached to a noise source or a near position of the noise source, and collects noise. The noise elimination signal unit(20) analyzes a noise signal collected from the collection film microphone(10) and generates a noise elimination signal having an amplitude and an inverse phase corresponding to the analyzed noise signal. The film speaker(30) is located on an outer part of the collection film microphone(10), and eliminates the noise of the noise source according to the noise elimination signal generated from the noise elimination signal unit(20). The monitoring film microphone(40) is located on an outer part of the film speaker(30), and transmits the noise elimination state of the noise source to the noise elimination signal unit(20). The collection film microphone(10), the film speaker(30), and the monitoring film microphone(40) are manufactured to have the same shape with a surface shape of the noise source.
