An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp is provided to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the LED package or a printed circuit board by including an elastic unit between a radiation plate and an LED package. An LED lamp includes a plurality of LED packages(110), a printed circuit board(120) for supplying power to the LED packages(110), and a radiation plate(130) for charging heat generated when the LED packages(110) emit the light. Each of the LED packages(110) includes a metal slug as a kind of a conductive heat sink, an LED chip mounted on the metal slug to generate various light according to material property when a forward bias is applied, a lead frame(116) for supplying power to the LED chip, and a molding for protecting the LED chip. The metal slug absorbs and charges heat generated from the LED chip, and is made of metal in a rectangular column. At an upper center of the metal slug, a recess is formed and the LED chip is mounted in the recess. The LED chip is a horizontal LED chip and has a two-tap wire structure using two wires for connecting a pair of lead frames(116). |
