A fusion junction apparatus for assembling an electronic appliance is provided to improve reliability of products by preventing resin from excessively flowing out. A fusion junction apparatus for assembling an electronic appliance automatically performs bonding by melting a leading end of a synthetic resin fusion boss. The fusion junction apparatus includes irons(14c) having iron tips(14c-2) for directly contacting a leading end of the fusion boss to press the leading end. In the respective irons(14c), blocking cylinders(14c-3) having a diameter greater than a concentric circle are integrated with the outer sides of the iron tips(14c-2). The blocking cylinders(14c-3) block resin from excessively flowing out in a fusion process. The blocking cylinders(14c-3) completely prevent the resin from excessively flowing out so that expanding couplers formed at the leading ends of the fusion boss are firmly formed to have a proper thickness. The blocking cylinders(14c-3) preferably have a cylindrical shape.
