VISUALIZING AGENT COMPRISING AN ALCIAN BLUE AND VISUALIZING METHOD BY USING THE SAME

Provided is a visualizing agent comprising alcian blue, which is administered into blood and lymph vessels so as to stain a thread-like structure present therein in a free state and observe the structure via a microscope. The visualizing agent comprises a dye for visualizing a so-called Bonghan duct present in blood and lymph vessels. The visualizing agent performs in situ or in vivo visualization of the Bonghan duct by staining it to a higher degree than the blood and lymph vessels. The visualizing agent comprises alcian blue. Particularly, the visualizing agent comprises 1g of 60% alcian blue and 2,000 units of heparin per 100 ml of phosphate buffered saline.
