A connecting structure of a cowl cross member is provided to allow connection parts of a frame to be easily connected to each other by removing tolerance therebetween. A connecting structure of a cowl cross member comprises a pipe(8), a fixing block(16) and a guide block(12). The fixing block(16) is coupled to an inner circumferential surface of an end portion of the pipe(8) and has an empty central portion. The guide block(12) is slidably formed in a longitudinal direction from an inner side of the fixing block(16). The guide block(12) comprises a spiral hole(20) for receiving a bolt. A guide groove(21) is formed in an inner circumferential surface of the fixing block(16). The guide block(12) moves forward and backward along the guide groove(21). A guide protrusion(22) is formed in the guide block(12) corresponding to the guide groove(21).
