An RFID transceiver is provided to improve receive sensitivity by doubly preventing the introduction of power of a transmitting stage to a receiving stage, and reduce malfunction probability at the receiving stage by restraining generation of a spurious phenomenon. A signal separator(131) is provided in a carrier processing stage(130), separates an RFID reception signal into an I(In-Phase) signal and a Q(Quadrature-Phase) signal, and transfers them. A switching unit(140) is connected with the I and Q signal paths. A controller controls the switching unit(140) according to whether an RF transmitting stage(114) is operated or according to whether a spurious component signal is received through the signal paths.
