Process for treating of powder particles

To handle powder granules, of a Cu(In,Ga)Se 2 compound, they are placed in a vessel with a volume of sulfur to be heated to bring the powder compound to 400-600[deg]C and the sulfur to 100[deg]C, and the raised temperature is maintained for a time span of 1-50 hours.
