A memory access scheduling method for a 3-dimensional graphic accelerator and a buffer-based memory access scheduler are provided to construct a scheduler by only using a buffer and a comparator without adding complicated hardware to enable memory access scheduling of a 3-dimensional graphic accelerator in a simple structure, improve memory performance through scheduling, and reduce energy consumption. Row addresses and access types of accesses which are simultaneously generated from a rendering engine(85) of a 3-dimensional graphic accelerator in a pipeline structure are compared using a comparator(84). Accesses having the same row address and the same address type are stored in a scheduling buffer(86). |
