A white light emitting organic electro-luminescent device is provided to extend the lifespan of the electro-luminescent device by reducing the heat generated by the OELD(Organic Electro-Luminescent Display). A white light emitting organic electro-luminescent device includes a transparent substrate and first and second elements(100,200). The first element includes a first anode(101), a first device organic layer(103), and a reflective cathode(104), which are sequentially laminated on a first surface of the transparent substrate. The second element includes a second anode(201), a second device organic layer(203), and a transparent or semi-transparent cathode(204) which are sequentially laminated on a second surface of the transparent substrate. More than two light emitting layers are included in the first and second device organic layers.
