The device has an LCD screen (4) comprising a zone for visualizing locations of mobiles (9) e.g. mobile telephone, with same design, where the mobiles are operated through global positioning system and coupled to wireless telephony system e.g. global system for mobile communication. A lower zone (7) displays subscriber identity module (SIM) identities of carriers of the mobiles, operating mode of the mobiles and total kilometers traveled after zero setting. An upper zone (6) displays the identity of a marked mobile, its operating mode and its distance with respect to a vehicle.
