METHOD FOR PROVIDING PERSONAL SETTING INFORMATION OF MEDIA CONTENT FOR HOME NWTWORK

A method for providing personal setting information of media contents in a home network is provided to allow a user to quickly extract desired media contents by reproducing media contents through a personalized service specified for each user. An action message for finding out added information is configured. The configured action message is transmitted to a media server(10) from a control point(20) to add information on media contents. Database elements specified for each user are created based on information on the media contents. The media contents of the media server(10) are reproduced by using the database elements specified for each user.
