A measuring apparatus for a filter of a ceiling is provided to approach a probe to the filter of the ceiling and to increase workability, accuracy, and reproducibility by extending and shrinking a telescopic pipe. Plural couplers(14) are extended to an external surface of a frame(10). Plural wheel assemblies(30) are mounted on the couplers of the frame to move the frame. A hollow center post(40) is mounted on the center of the frame. A telescopic pipe(60) is mounted on the hollow center post and has plural pipes(62-68) that are extended and shrunk. A clamping unit(70) is received in one of the pipes of the telescopic pipes to control the extension and the shrink of another pipe. A probe(90) is mounted on the top of the telescopic pipe to measure wind velocity and air volume of a filter(4). A reflector is mounted on one of the pipes of the telescopic pipes. The reflector reflects a position of the filter so that a worker confirms it with the naked eye.
