摘要 A method and an apparatus for measuring adhesion phenomenon of polyester solid-state polymerization are provided to find out three determining factors of temperature, materials, and force in advance at a laboratory stage, thereby being effective for preventing the operation accident caused by the adhesion in real solid-state polymerization operation. The apparatus for measuring adhesion phenomenon of polyester solid-state polymerization comprises an upper open type mold crystallization reactor(10) in which a non-crystallized polyester pellet is received, a weight supporting plate(11) which is placed at the upper portion of the reactor and is able to be slid up and down, a weight(12) which is placed on the weight supporting plate to apply certain load to the pellet in the reactor, a heating tool which supplies heat to the polyester pellet to crystallize the pellet, and a vibration screen tool(20) which has a plurality of screens(S) in the tower shape, each of which mesh size becomes smaller from the upper portion to the lower portion so as to separate the crystallized pellet by size, and a separation space portion at up and down of the screen.
