An apparatus for measuring the interior noise of a vehicle is provided to maintain the position of an ear of a user by moving the apparatus together with a seat even when the seat is moved and to easily adjust the length and angle through a clamp body by rotating a rotation bar. An apparatus for measuring the interior noise of a vehicle includes a support bar(20), an engaging block(60), and a clamp body(30). The support bar has a positioning recess into which a head rest bar is inserted. A block having a bolt hole is engaged with the positioning recess by a bolt. A distance regulating hole is formed at a central portion of the support bar. The engaging block has a through-bolt inserted into the distance regulating hole. A connection hole is formed in the engaging block. The clamp body is engaged with the other side of a connection rod inserted into the connection hole of the engaging block. A mike engaging rod is engaged with one end of the clamp body to regulate the length and angle thereof.
