The invention relates to sports equipment and devices for physical exercises, in particular to running tracks mainly for strengthening superior shoulder-girdle, hands, back and abdominal muscles. The proposed invention is aimed at enhancing training effectiveness due to increase a number of muscles doing exercises, being suitable for training all body parts and comfortable and convenient for everyday training sessions. The claimed training device is characterized in that comprises a base, rollers mounted thereon, a continuous belt, a control panel and further comprises a support for legs executed as an adjustable by the base height in the form of a groove. The sporting trainer is further provided with a platform for a body adapted to a longitudinal platform movement relative to the trainer's base. There are some other differences from a prototype. |
