The invention relates to medicine and veterinary medicine, in particular, to embryology and can be used for storing microscopical biologic objects.The method for storing spermatozoa is characterized in that at least one spermatozoon (6) is injected into a hollow microsphere from agarous gel (5) being in an incubating medium.A product for telegenesis in vitro comprises, at least, one hollow microsphere from the agarous gel filled with incubating medium, in which at least one spermatozoon injected therein is placed.The product for telegenesis comprises at least one subjected to cryopreservation hollow microsphere from the agarous gel and filled with the medium, at least one cryoprotector, in which there injected at least one spermatozoon.The technical result is aimed at storing unit spermatozoa, increasing viability of spermatozoa and function thereof and improving normal morphology and preserving mobility of spermatozoa after storing period, improving sterility process and preventing spermatozoa infection. |
