A dredging machine with a movable bucket for soil and sludge treatment of a sewer culvert box is provided to increase workability and efficiency for treatment and removal works of soil, sludge and waste of a sewer culvert box. The dredging machine(100) with a movable bucket for soil and sludge treatment of a sewer culvert box comprises a main body(10) coupled with various equipment such as an engine(13), a cabin(11) coupled to the top of the main body to let a driver sit on for driving and operating the dredging machine, wheels(12) coupled to two lower parts of the main body rotatively to move the dredging machine on a slope or a curved bottom easily, a bucket(90) coupled to the front of the main body to push the soil, sludge and trash accumulated on the bottom of a sewer culvert box to be collected in one spot or to bucket up the soil, sludge and trash, rack gears(20) coupled to two upper sides of the main body and slid forward and backward to move the bucket forward and backward, a pinion gear(30) engaged with a screw thread of each rack gear to move the bucket forward and backward, hydraulic generators(40) installed on the front and rear of each rack gear to move the rack gear forward and backward, a primary hydraulic cylinder(50) connected with each hydraulic generator and each rack gear and moved forward and backward by each hydraulic generator, operating shafts(91) installed on two rear sides of the bucket and connected with a secondary hydraulic cylinder(60) to move the bucket forward and backward, a third hydraulic cylinder(70) installed to the operating shaft of the bucket to operate the bucket upward and downward within the appointed range to push or bucket up soil, sludge and trash, and a hydraulic control box(80) connected with each hydraulic generator and each hydraulic cylinder to control the operation of the equipment. |
