A heat pump type heating and cooling device is provided to realize cooling and heating capability of high efficiency while reducing energy consumption by reducing a heat exchange load of a heat exchanger while reaching cooling and heating temperatures required by consumers within a short time. An indoor unit has a discharge port(12) and a suction port(11) formed at a front for cooling and heating a room by using a cooling cycle, and has a first heat exchanger(14) and a blower fan(15) inside. A passage guide element is installed between the discharge port and the suction port for sucking a part of heat-exchanged air discharged from the discharge port, into the suction port. |
