An output clock variable image sensor, an image signal processor, and an image process control method using the same are provided to adjust an output clock frequency according to a preview mode and a capture mode. A mode information receiving unit(202) receives mode information from a back-end. A mode includes at least one of a preview mode and a capture mode. When the mode information is the preview mode, a clock adjusting unit(204) reduces an output clock frequency by a predetermined rate of a supply clock frequency. When the mode information is the preview mode, an image format converting unit(208) converts an image format of color space conversion data according to the predetermined rate. A scale adjusting unit(206) adjusts a scale of a vertical direction of the converted image format. |
