A device for inputting, transmitting and receiving data is provided to enable a person, who is not familiar with characters or inputting characters via a device, like an aged, a child or an illiterate, to express his or her intention to the other side by transmitting position data inputted via a natural writing scheme as it is. A device for inputting, transmitting and receiving data comprises a handwriting inputting unit(10), a data processor(21), a transceiver(23) and a controller(30). The handwriting inputting unit(10) enables a user to input data via natural handwriting strokes. The data processor(21) senses the inputted strokes and generates position data on time series position coordinates of the handwriting inputting unit(10). The transceiver transmits/receives to/from a base station or the internet. The controller receives a transmission instruction from a user and transmits the position data generated by the data processor.
