Shoes for preventing drowsy driving are provided to prevent the infiltration of foreign materials and to keep the soles of feet cool all the time during driving, by forming a groove having plural vent holes, on a shoe sole lower than the plane and inserting a sponge into the groove. In the shoes for preventing drowsy driving, a mesh-shaped groove(1a) having a plurality of vent holes is formed on a bottom sole(1) of the shoe lower than the plane. A sponge(3) is inserted into the groove. A mesh(4) is put on the sponge. A midsole(2) of the shoe having a plurality of vent holes(2a) is put on the bottom sole. An insole capable of circulating the air is disposed on the midsole.
