<p>The invention relates to an absolute digital displacement transducer used for the absolute digital determination of displacement positions of a mechanical element which moves forwards or rotates. According to the invention, the transducer is characterized by the fact that the information by which the displacement positions are encoded digitally, is stored on a single track (PI) of a mechanical carrier integral with the mechanical element, such that the separate key words of the displacement positions that are read by some discrete sensors (Si) located along the track (PI) and which equip the fixed reading-head (CC), are formed in front of sensors and along the track (PI) on every advance of the carrier (SMI) and also of the track by reading spacing.</p> |
