A method of communicating with a deployed product, including the use of a dual-architecture card

A method of communicating with a deployed product is disclosed. The method includes (a) installing a dual architecture card into an electronic control box of the deployed product, (b) executing proprietary software in a closed architecture section of the dual architecture card, based on data received from the deployed object, (c) transferring processed data from the closed architecture section to the open architecture section of the dual architecture card, and (d) wirelessly transmitting the processed data from the open architecture section to a remote computing device. The open architecture section may include a microserver that is accessible through the internet.
