ELECTICALLY PROGRAMMABLE FUSE AND ONE TIME PROGRAMMING MEMORY USING THE FUSE

An electrically programmable fuse and a nonvolatile memory using the same are provided to reduce the total fuse area in the nonvolatile memory by reducing the width of the cut part of a fuse and an electrode part of supplying a voltage to the cut part. A first electrode(1) of first width is supplied with a power supply voltage selectively during a program operation. A second electrode(2) of the first width is supplied with a ground voltage. A center program part(3) of second width narrower than the first width connects both ports of the first electrode and both ports of the second electrode. The center program part is formed by etching a metal anisotropically, and the width thereof is 0.05~0.07micrometers.
