A method for driving an image forming device, the image forming device, and a device driving method are provided to stably drive the image forming device by loading driving information from a backup storing part if normal storage or a loading error of the driving information is generated in the driving information storing part. An image forming part(20) forms an image and the driving information storing part(30) stores the driving information for driving the image forming part. The backup storing part(40) backs up and stores the driving information. A controller(10) loads the driving information stored in the driving information storing part, and determines whether the image forming part is normally driven based on the loaded driving information. If the image forming part is not normally operated, the controller loads the backup driving information from the backup storing part.
