An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve operation efficiency and prolong the lifespan of the display device by applying a thin p-type doping layer between a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(10), a lower electrode(110), an organic film(120), and an upper electrode(130). The lower electrode is arranged on the substrate. The organic film is arranged on the lower electrode. The organic film at least includes a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, and a light emitting layer, which are sequentially laminated thereon. The upper electrode is arranged on the organic film. A doping layer is applied between the lower electrode and the light emitting layer. |
