An alignment film printing apparatus, an alignment film printing system including the same and an alignment film printing method are provided to prevent a spot from being generated on the alignment film by means of a cylinder mask manner. A substrate(710) is seated on a stage(720). A resin plate(740) is located oppositely to the stage and forms an alignment film on the substrate. A dispenser(760) stores and supplies the alignment solution. The first roller coats the alignment solution supplied from the dispenser to the resin plate. A print driving member(750) makes the resin plate contact to the first roller and the substrate. The print driving member includes an elevating member for elevating the resin plate. A resin plate fixing block(751) relatively moves the elevating member and the first roller. The resin plate fixing block also moves the elevating member horizontally.
