A voltage controlled oscillator circuit is provided to enhance receiving sensitivity by improving a spurious characteristic, a STD(Single Tone Desensitization) characteristic, and an IMD(Inter-Modulation Distortion) characteristic by removing phase noise of a power unit. A voltage controlled oscillator circuit includes a power unit(730), a resonator unit(710), and a voltage controlled oscillator(700). The power unit provides power. The resonator unit(710) receives the power from the power unit(730), and generates a reference frequency signal. The resonator unit(710) provides the reference frequency signal to a base band unit of a wireless transceiving system. The voltage controlled oscillator(700) is connected between the power unit(730) and the resonator unit(710), and has a filter unit which filters a phase noise of the power. The filter unit has at least one filter block having a resistor and a capacitor. The resonator unit(710) outputs the reference signal to a frequency mixer of the base band unit. |
