An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to detect an input position of a user through the first and second touch conduction lines formed on upper and lower substrates. The first array substrate(160) includes the first touch conduction line(150) formed on an upper substrate. The second array substrate(170) is located oppositely to the first array substrate by interposing liquid crystal and includes the second touch conduction line(152) formed on a lower substrate. A pixel electrode is formed on the lower substrate. A common electrode is formed on the same substrate as the pixel electrode and forms the electric field together with the pixel electrode. A touch spacer(126) is protruded on any one between the first and second touch conduction lines with conduction materials and electrically connects the first and second touch conduction lines when the upper substrate is touched by a user.
