A stretching apparatus is provided to prevent widthwise contraction of a film according to the lengthwise stretching of the film by forming a cave and a ridge on a stretching roller. A stretching apparatus includes a plurality of stretching rollers(20). The stretching rollers include rotary shafts(21) arranged in parallel, and a cave(22) and a ridge(23) formed on the circumferential surface along the direction of the rotary shaft. The depth of the caves and ridges is increased toward both sides from the center of the stretching roller. The caves and ridges of one stretching roller correspond to the caves and ridges of adjacent stretching roller.
