A moisture preservation net type vegetation block and the construction method are provided to supply moisture to plants for a long time and to promote the growth of plants by installing a net with a built-in storage portion on a slope of a river. The moisture preservation net type vegetation block(B) comprises a net(10) formed in a latticed shape and composed of a PVC resin net, a galvanized steel wire net or a waste plastic net, and a storage portion(20) inserted to the inside of the lattice of the net and made of PVC resins, waste plastics or clay. The construction method of a moisture preservation net type vegetation block comprises the steps of manufacturing a moisture preservation net type vegetation block, fixing the moisture preservation net type vegetation block on a slope of a river by piles(P) and concrete, filling up a storage portion of the moisture preservation net type vegetation block with a mixture composed of soil and rubble, and vegetating plants in the storage portion filled with the mixture. |
