The proposed invention provides increase of channel capacity of optical communication.The invention relates to means for increasing information rate via communication channels formed by beams of electromagnetic waves, in particular, in channels of fiber-optic communication and provides considerable increase of information rate, the technical result is reached by spatially modulating the beam of electromagnetic waves using a special matrix and then demodulating by a special receiving device.
